RENEW™ - WASTE SETTLEMENT CONDITIONER

RENEW™ is a specific blend of carbon, energy, oxygen & beneficial bacteria that break down anaerobic and toxic conditions that exist in all waste water ponds.

RENEW™ was designed with a crucial balance of carbon, energy, oxygen, and beneficial bacteria to promote aerobic bacteria activity and conditions which produces a balanced environment for enzymes and aerobic bacteria to work. Aerobic bacteria (require oxygen to survive) digest solids 19.2 times faster than anaerobic bacteria and produces a clean, well balanced environment for enzymes and bacteria to thrive and grow. Anaerobic bacteria can only live in a non-oxygenated environment and break down solids into methane gas and water which result in smelly, unpleasant, hydrogen sulfides being released into the air.

RENEW™ changes the environment of dairy waste ponds creating an actual “working” waste management system that break down waste, contaminants, and poisons coming from milking parlors, alleys, foot bath cleaners, etc., and balances the waste pond stimulating bacteria and enzyme growth.

By proportionally adding RENEW™ each week according to the input waste being released into the pond, solids will be digested from the bottom of the pond and brought to the surface where you can literally see the bacteria devouring the solids.

RENEW™ increases mineralization of nutrients in the pond and field. Aerobic bacteria keep crops from rotting when “renewed” waste water is applied to fields, crops, and pastures. Aerobic bacteria in flush water will help fight against foot disease and slimy
walkway conditions by consuming anaerobic bacteria as a food source.

RENEW™reduces the rotting smells created by anaerobic conditions helping balance the pH of the liquid nutrients, allowing better penetration
into soil, consuming salts and heavy metals, reducing ammonia levels, digesting grease and soap in lift stations leaving the waste pond with
readily available plant nutrients. The aerobic digestion of solids thins out the waste water allowing separators to operate more efficiently.
